This policy explains what [Company name] ("viewws", "we", "us") collects when you use viewws, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Account details you give us: email, username, name, birthday, profile photo, bio and the links you add.
What you create and send: posts, stories, drops, messages, photos, videos and the prices you set.
Payments: what you bought or sold, coin balances, payouts and the payout details you add. Card details go to our payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
Usage: pages you visit, buttons you press, device and browser type, country, the site that sent you, and basic logs that keep viewws secure.
To run viewws: your page, your chats, your wallet and your purchases.
To keep it safe: stopping spam and fraud, checking content against our rules, and handling reports, disputes and chargebacks.
To improve it: understanding which pages and features people use. We measure this without advertising trackers.
To contact you about your account, purchases, payouts and important changes. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Your page is public: your name, username, photo, bio, links and anything you post publicly. Locked content is visible only to fans who unlocked it.
Messages are visible to the people in the chat. Creators can see which fans bought from them.
Service providers that run viewws for us: hosting, database and file storage, payment processing, content moderation, media delivery and email. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
Authorities, when the law requires it, or when we need to protect people from harm or fraud.
A buyer or successor, if viewws is sold or merged. We do not sell your personal data.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect sign-up and login from bots. We do not use advertising cookies.
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your page, posts and profile are removed after a short grace period. Payment and payout records are kept as long as tax and financial laws require.
You can edit your profile at any time and delete your account from Menu → Account.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to how we use it. Write to [contact email] and we will reply within 30 days.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and two-factor authentication for staff. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
viewws is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close accounts that belong to minors.
viewws is hosted in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and stored there.
