These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name] ("viewws", "we", "us"). They cover your use of viewws: the website, the app and every page, chat and shop on it. By creating an account or using viewws, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use viewws on behalf of a business or an agency, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.
One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise. Agencies may manage creator accounts with the creator’s permission.
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away at [contact email] if you think someone else got into it.
You can delete your account at any time from Menu → Account. Some records, such as payments and payouts, are kept as long as the law requires.
Creators run a page on viewws and sell to fans: paid messages, locked posts, drops, tips, live entry and memberships. Fans buy these with coins or by card.
Each sale is between the creator and the fan. viewws provides the tools and processes the payment, and keeps a platform fee.
Fans top up coins by card. 1 coin is worth $1. Coins can only be spent on viewws, are not money, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash by fans.
Memberships renew every month and are charged by card until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
viewws keeps 20% of every sale. The creator keeps 80%.
Earnings become available 7 days after a sale. Once a creator has 100 coins or more available, they can request a payout from their wallet. We may hold or reverse earnings tied to a refund, a chargeback or a breach of these terms.
Creators are responsible for their own taxes.
Purchases of messages, unlocks, tips and drops are final once the content has been delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
If a payment is disputed with the bank, we may pause the related earnings and the wallet involved until the dispute is resolved.
You own what you post. You give viewws a licence to host, store, show and deliver it to the people you choose, for as long as it is on viewws.
Only post what you made or have the rights to. Fans may not copy, share or resell content they bought.
viewws is for non-explicit content only. No sexual or pornographic content, no content involving minors, no violence or hate, no harassment, no scams, no spam, and nothing illegal.
No impersonation, no fake accounts, and no attempts to break, overload or get around the security of viewws.
We may remove content, warn, suspend or ban an account that breaks these rules. You can appeal a ban from the screen that tells you about it.
viewws is changing quickly. We may add, change or remove features. When we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
viewws is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what creators and fans do on their pages and in their chats.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
